Army Commander Tycoon Codes

Army Commander Tycoon is a Roblox tycoon from the sad builderboy group, released on September 28, 2026. Its description says it all: build your base, command your army, conquer the battlefield. You start as a small military outpost and grow into a war machine, unlocking infantry, tanks, artillery, helicopters and more, then send your army out to capture objectives and crush enemy forces. The game is on Update 4 and had passed 6.6 million visits by late October.

Gold is the premium currency, and it is what the codes pay out. Destructoid and Game Rant say Gold goes toward stronger units, vehicles, weapons, cosmetics and upgrades. armycommandertycoon.com lists the support calls it buys: Artillery for 29 Gold, Airstrike for 49, Paratroopers for 99 and a Nuke for 799.

The 25 Gold from COMMANDER is not much on its own, but it is enough for an artillery call during a hard fight over a capture point. Promotion also gives 50 Gold, so codes and promotions together are the free way to build up a balance.

Every guide we checked gives the same core advice: build income first and army second. The wiki at army-commander-tycoon.wiki ranks income facilities above troop buildings and military equipment, and warns against spending everything at once. Destructoid adds that capture points are what keep your income flowing. This is the order that works:

• Finish the tutorial. It has you build a Troop Tent for $300 and pays $400 when you take the first capture point.
• Buy oil rigs next. armycommandertycoon.com lists the first four at $90, $160, $270 and $470, each paying for itself in roughly 30 to 70 seconds, faster than anything else early on.
• Upgrade the Troop Tent once the rigs are running. Level 2 costs $20,000 and fields 8 infantry with faster reinforcements.
• Keep the army on AUTO. It fights for objectives on its own and defends points under attack.
• Retake lost points straight away. A point you lose stops paying until you win it back.
• Upgrade the Headquarters when you can afford it. Each HQ level opens new buildings, such as garages and docks at HQ 2 and aircraft, warships and artillery at HQ 4.

Promotion is the rebirth of Army Commander Tycoon. The first one, from Lieutenant to Captain, needs $75 million and the HQ 5 Command Citadel. armycommandertycoon.com lists the reward as a permanent 50% income boost, 50 Gold, $2,750 starting cash and one Doctrine point. Your buildings and cash reset, but your units, the bonus, Gold and stats are kept.

Because the boost is permanent, promote as soon as you meet the requirement rather than sitting on a finished base. The second run goes much faster with half again as much income, and the free Gold adds to whatever you got from codes.

If COMMANDER does not work, check these:

• Old server: join a new one, since the codes box came with Update 3.
• Wrong tab: the box is under Settings, then Updates, not in the shop.
• Already used: each code pays out once.
• Wrong game: COMMANDER also appears as an expired code for Command an Army, a different game, which is why some lists call it dead.
• Date: COMMANDER is set to end on November 30, 2026.

New codes are announced in the developer's Discord, which is where COMMANDER was first posted. The invite Destructoid gives, discord.gg/AmAH2H6mp2, opens the Army Commander Tycoon server, which had about 2,600 members and a permanent invite when we checked. Destructoid also notes there is no official wiki or Trello, and suggests joining the sad builderboy group on Roblox for announcements.

COMMANDER arrived with Update 3, so new codes may well come with later updates. We re-check this page often and update the date at the top whenever a code is added.

We check Army Commander Tycoon codes by hand. A code goes into the main table only when at least two independent sources agree on it, or when it comes straight from the official game description or rules. Codes that only one source reports, or that sources disagree on, are kept in a separate unconfirmed table, so you can still try them without mistaking them for confirmed codes. A code moves to the expired list once it is reported as no longer working.
