The quickest way to reach us is email: support@game-codes.org. We use every report to fix pages, so a short note about a broken code really helps.
Report a code that does not work
Codes expire without warning, and the fastest fix comes from players who just tried one. To help us check it quickly, include:
- The page or game the code is for.
- The exact code you tried and what the game said, for example invalid or expired.
- Whether you are on PC, console or mobile, if the game has different versions.
Other ways to reach us
On a computer, every page has a Feedback tab on the left edge of the screen. It lets you point at the part of the page that is wrong and send a note without leaving the page.
You can also email us to suggest a game we should cover, to report a mistake in a guide, or with questions about advertising or privacy. For privacy requests, see the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to ask us to delete it.
What we cannot help with
We are a fan site, not the developer of any game. We cannot restore lost items, unban accounts, refund purchases or give out codes that have not been released. For those, contact the game's developer or the platform's support team, such as Roblox Support.
