Ball VS Ball Codes

Coins are the main currency in Ball VS Ball, and their most important use is unlocking new balls. With more than 40 balls in the game, each with its own skill, a bigger collection means more options when the game offers you balls at the start of a round.

That is why codes matter early on. Collecting 800 Coins from matches takes a while for a new player, while the eight confirmed codes give it to you in a minute. If UPD9 and UPD10 work for you too, that adds another 200 Coins.

The official description sums the game up in one line: pick a ball, watch it fight. Ball VS Ball is an auto-battler, so you do not control the fight directly. Your job is choosing the right ball, and the battle plays out on its own.

• Modes: auto-battle PvP in both 1v1 and 2v2.
• Picking a ball: each round you choose one of three random balls. Alternatively, you can pick any ball from your own collection, which is free once per match.
• Skills: every ball has its own skill, so matchups and team pairings in 2v2 matter.
• Collection: there are more than 40 balls to collect, and you can trade balls with other players.

Because the free pick from your collection is limited to once per match, the balls you own decide how good your best round can be. Spending code Coins on new balls widens that choice.

Codes are not the only freebie. The official game description says that joining the developer's Roblox group gives a free reward. It takes a few seconds: open the game's page on Roblox, follow the link to the ATYS 3 group, join it, and then rejoin the game.

If the game rejects one of the codes, check these things first:

• Spelling: codes are uppercase letters followed by a number, like UPD8. Copying avoids mixing up letters and numbers.
• Extra spaces: a space before or after the code can make it fail.
• Already redeemed: each code is a one-time reward, so a code you already used will not pay out again.
• Old server: a brand-new code may only work on servers running the latest update. Rejoining the game usually fixes this.
• Expired code: if a code still fails, it may have been retired. We move codes to the expired list as soon as we confirm it.

So far every code has been named after an update: UPD1 for the first update, UPD2 for the second, and so on. That makes new codes easy to predict. When the game gets an update, a new code with the next number usually follows.

New codes are typically announced with major updates, and the official Discord server and the ATYS 3 group are the places to watch. We re-check this list regularly and change the date at the top of the page whenever we add a code.

Redeem every code on your first visit, then spend the Coins on balls rather than cosmetics, since your collection is what wins rounds. In 2v2, pay attention to what your teammate picks and choose a ball whose skill complements theirs.

Finally, trading is a good way to fill gaps in your collection. If you get duplicate balls, trade them for ones you are missing instead of letting them sit unused.

Here is the full history in one place. The developers have released one code per update, starting with UPD1 and counting up. UPD1, UPD2, UPD3, UPD4, UPD5, UPD6, UPD7 and UPD8 are confirmed by every tracker we check, and each one gives 100 Coins. UPD9 and UPD10 were first reported on October 17, 2026, also for 100 Coins each.

No code has expired yet, which is unusual for a Roblox game. It means a new player can still collect every reward the game has ever handed out through codes, so it is worth redeeming the whole list rather than only the newest code.

If you are new to the game, this order gets the most out of the free rewards:

• Redeem UPD1 to UPD8 through the Gift icon, then try UPD9 and UPD10.
• Join the developer's group and rejoin the game to collect the free group reward.
• Play a few 1v1 rounds to see how different ball skills work before you spend anything.
• Spend your Coins on new balls, then use your free pick from your collection in the rounds that matter most.

We check Ball VS Ball codes by hand. A code goes into the main table only when at least two independent sources agree on it, or when it comes straight from the official game description or rules.
