2342 | Break Room locker | |
1512 | Sewer Room locker |
These are all the Hellraiser game codes for Hellraiser: Revival, the survival horror game from Saber Interactive. They are not redeem codes: they are four-digit combinations for the lockers and safes you find along the way, which hold health items, crafting resources and weapon mods. The table lists every code in story order with the place it opens.
Each code also has an in-game clue, and we explain each one below if you would rather solve the puzzle yourself. Because the game is linear, some areas cannot be revisited, so a locker you skip can be gone for good. Keep this page open as you play.
Expired codes
Locker and safe combinations are part of the game's levels, so none of these Hellraiser game codes expire. They stay the same on every platform and every playthrough.
How to use the Hellraiser game codes
- Walk up to a locked locker or safe and interact with it to bring up its four-digit dial.
- Find the code for that location in the table above. The codes are listed in the order you reach them in the story.
- Enter the four digits from left to right and confirm. The door opens straight away if the combination is right.
- Grab everything inside before you move on. Lockers hold health items, crafting resources and weapon mods.
You can also work the clues out yourself and use this page only to check your answer. The clue for every code is explained below.
Where each code comes from
Every combination has a clue somewhere nearby. If you prefer to solve the puzzles, these are the hints, in the same order as the table:
- 9901, Painting Hallway (Cult Lair): read the years on the labels under the portraits in the hallway.
- 9891, Medical Body Storage: the number is tattooed on the body in the bathtub.
- 9606, Graveyard house safe: look for the note under the shed key, and behind the photo.
- 1966, Bruno's Music Room: the painting hides 1666; add 300 to get the code.
- 1952, Snake Room: an old picture in the changing rooms gives the year.
- 1923, Private Rooms: the photo of four men holds the answer.
- 1362, Factory: the code sits under the two skull statues near the blue door with the eyeballs.
- 8571, Laundry Room: the digits are spread across the two TVs.
- 2342, Break Room: count the holes in the wall.
- 1512, Sewer Room: the code is written on the wall near the lever.
Do not miss a locker
Hellraiser: Revival moves forward in a mostly straight line. Once you leave an area, you usually cannot return to it, so any locker you skip on the way is lost for the rest of that playthrough. That is the main reason players look up Hellraiser game codes rather than coming back later.
The rewards add up. Health items keep you alive, crafting resources feed the game's crafting, and weapon mods improve your weapons. Opening every locker means more supplies for the fights ahead.
Tips for each area
A few habits make the lockers easier to find and open:
- Search every room before you take a door that looks like the way forward. Lockers are often in side rooms.
- Read notes and look at photos and paintings. Almost every clue is a number written on or near an object.
- Watch for math. Bruno's Music Room shows 1666, but the code is 1966, because the clue tells you to add 300.
- If a code does not work, check you are at the right locker by comparing the area name with the table.
About Hellraiser: Revival
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is a survival horror game based on the Hellraiser horror series. It was developed and published by Saber Interactive and released on October 8, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
The game mixes exploration, puzzles and combat. Many of its puzzles are combination locks like the ones on this page, so the Hellraiser game codes are a big part of getting through it with enough supplies.
Are there cheat codes or redeem codes?
We have not found any cheat menu or redeem codes for items or bonuses in Hellraiser: Revival. When players search for Hellraiser game codes, they almost always mean the locker and safe combinations listed here.
Be wary of sites that offer free keys or unlock codes for the game itself. The only legitimate way to get the game is to buy it from an official store such as Steam, the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store or the Nintendo eShop.
Locker checklist by area
Use this checklist to make sure you open every locker before you leave an area. The areas are listed in the order you reach them:
- Cult Lair: the Painting Hallway locker (9901).
- Medical area: the Body Storage locker (9891).
- Graveyard: the safe in the house (9606).
- Bruno's Music Room: the locker (1966).
- Snake Room: the locker (1952).
- Private Rooms: the locker (1923).
- Factory: the blue door with the eyeballs (1362).
- Laundry Room: the locker (8571).
- Break Room: the locker (2342).
- Sewer Room: the locker (1512).
If you reach a new area and the checklist shows an unopened locker behind you, it may be your last chance to go back for it.
How we check this page
We check Hellraiser game codes by hand. A code goes into the main table only when at least two independent sources agree on it, or when it comes straight from the official game description or rules. Codes that only one source reports, or that sources disagree on, are kept in a separate unconfirmed table, so you can still try them without mistaking them for confirmed codes. A code moves to the expired list once it is reported as no longer working.
This page was last checked on October 20, 2026. We never make up codes or rewards, and we keep a list of the sources behind every code. If something on this page no longer matches what you see in the game, tell us with the Feedback button and we will check it again.
Every code is listed exactly the way the game expects it, with the same capital letters, numbers and symbols, so the safest way to enter one is the Copy button next to it rather than typing it by hand. A code that turns out to be wrong is moved to the right table, never silently deleted.
